We do it differently: fixed all-inclusive prices from 2.470 € in Cologne and Aachen, transparently itemised and with no nasty surprise on the day of surgery.

What the costs of a hair transplant depend on
Why does hardly any clinic quote a price straight away? Because it depends on several factors. The strongest influence is the number of grafts needed – the hair follicle units that are transplanted to close receding temples, a thinning crown or a bald spot. The larger the area, the more grafts.
On top of that comes the method: a classic FUE extraction is more affordable than the combination of gentle Sapphire FUE and precise DHI implantation, which on request is also possible without a full shave. And finally the scope counts – are local anaesthesia, medication, PRP aftercare and a year of check-ups included, or are they charged separately on top?

We turn the principle around: you receive a fixed all-inclusive price in advance that covers the entire treatment – extraction, implantation, local anaesthesia, medication, surgical materials and aftercare over twelve months. What is agreed stands. Nothing is charged on top on the day of surgery.
Consultation, the preliminary talk and aftercare check-ups are 0 € with us – even a first assessment via WhatsApp is free. And we tell you honestly whether a procedure makes sense at all. And should you want to plan the investment: financing or an instalment plan is possible on request, and we discuss the conditions individually.

What does a hair transplant cost?
At HM HairMedical in Cologne and Aachen, fixed all-inclusive prices apply: FUE Lite from 2.470 € (up to 2.000 grafts), the popular BASIC package with Sapphire FUE and DHI from 2.840 € (up to 4.000 grafts) and Premium from 3.490 € (up to 5.000 grafts). Which package suits you depends on the area and the number of grafts – we clarify that free of charge.
Why a fixed price instead of a price per graft?
With billing per graft, the bill grows with every hair – and often the final total is higher than discussed. Our fixed price covers the entire treatment: you know in advance exactly what you will pay – no matter how many grafts are placed on the day of surgery.
Is a hair transplant in Turkey really cheaper?
The advertised travel price seems lower, but it is rarely the final price. Flights, hotel, transfers and possible return trips are added on top, and the aftercare is hundreds of kilometres away. With us, the treatment takes place in Cologne or Aachen, without travel and hotel costs, with personal on-site aftercare – the gap is usually smaller than expected.
Are aftercare and check-ups included in the price?
Yes. Every package includes 12 months of aftercare and the follow-up check-ups, and with BASIC and Premium additionally a PRP aftercare session as well as supplements and aftercare. Consultation, preliminary talk and aftercare check-ups are always 0 € with us.
Is there an instalment plan or financing?
Financing or an instalment plan is possible on request. We discuss the specific conditions individually during the consultation – so the treatment can also be planned in instalments.
What exactly is included in the fixed price?
Depending on the package: the extraction (FUE or Sapphire FUE) and implantation (FUE or DHI), local anaesthesia and the Sleep-Deep method, individual hairline planning, medication and surgical materials, 12 months of aftercare including check-ups as well as a treatment and quality certificate. No hidden items, no additional charges per graft.
